Job Description The SalesForce Architect is tasked with working as a key member of our project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements, providing industry best practices and process methodologies, as well as creating a solution that best meets our client's needs. Leverage experience as a thought leader, including architecting Salesforce solutions and positioning solutions for key internal operations teams. Comprehend Salesforce delivery, cost models, and security features and ensure programs are delivered on time and in scope. Manage stakeholder expectations, perform hands-on design, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the Salesforce platform. Build customized Salesforce screens, applications, apply technical expertise, leverage a variety of software engineering techniques, build and refine business logic to enhance team capabilities, improve security, and maximize Salesforce ROI. Serve as a member of a diverse team of experts, provide world-class deployment and engineering, and demonstrate thought leadership resulting in new technical capabilities and approaches. Manage projects for Salesforce.com implementations or customizations from an Agile perspective end-to-end Work closely with an Agile Scrum Master, helping to facilitate meetings including Daily Scrum, Retrospectives and meetings with other teams Dig in to complicated technical details surrounding software product requirements Work with and guide our Product Owners to fill in technical gaps in requirements Eliminate impediments which are beyond the team's responsibilities to protect the team so they can stay focused on their development work Support change management process for new improvements into production Identify ways to better utilize Salesforce for business processes, and make recommendations on improvements Qualifications 4-year degree required (in IT related course of study) 8
years of development experience, preferred 5
years of experience implementing solutions within Salesforce Experience implementing Salesforce.com in a large-scale, enterprise environment using enterprise patterns / separation of concerns, preferred Exceptional understanding of Technology systems including system design, API design, databases and programming concepts. Preferred experience in Cloud solutions (AWS or Azure preferred), Java, .NET, and React Integration experience within the Salesforce space (REST, SOAP, ESB) preferred Broad understanding of the business processes implemented across the team's applications Broad understanding of all aspects of the team's technical software requirements including security, scalability, and usability Develop long term architectural plans Build consensus and acceptance of improvements and changes to development patterns, standards, and processes Influence the technical direction of others in order to drive all projects to successful completion within architectural standards and guidance Courageously drive strategic initiatives and challenge upward and across the IT enterprise when necessary Proven ability to effectively communicate architectural standards and best practices Drive through obstacles and time constraints to successfully deliver a project to completion Demonstrated ability to compare and contrast alternative approaches to meet objectives while assessing risk both quantitatively and qualitatively Demonstrated communication skills to include, but not limited to, verbal and written communication, delivering organized presentations, able to tailor message to the audience, and facilitate group discussions with diplomacy and seek diverse opinions Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills and performs well in high pressure or stressful situations Demonstrated ability to effectively estimate effort, durations and enterprise impact required for large technical solutions Evaluate long term impacts when making recommendations and decisions
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
