Engility has an immedaite opportunity for a Sr. Financial Specialist to join our team at Hanscome AFB in MA!
In this role you will provide financial and budget administration including monitoring program funds, reporting financial status to management, support the preparation and execution of financial documents, contribute to the development of budget submissions; maintain up-to-date knowledge of FM Regulations, Appropriations Law and current knowledge of Governmental financial activity. Support Earned Value Management system implementation and analysis including assisting in providing support tothe Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) team; performance analysis support to program offices; work breakdown structure development; development of handbooks and training courses.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain proficiency on fiscal and appropriation law updates
Plan, Program, Budget and Execute (PPBE) and track data fro111 the Group down to the program and/or IPT level
Preform funding, forecasting, programming, budget information, execution status and funds reconciliation
Maintain cognizance of program funds
Provide financial information for the preparation and execution of financial documents
Accurately maintain an audit trail to separately track, record, and report tl1e status of each funding document
Ensure proper use of all funds (active, expired, and cancelled)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FM Regulations and Appropriations Law
Maintain knowledge of Government finru1cial activity systems, sucl1 as, but not li1uited to Automated Busi11ess Services System (ABSS), Comprehensive Cost and Req11ire111ent System (CCAR), CRIS, Looking Glass, Investment Budget Documentation& Execution System (IDECS), System Metric and Reporting Tool (SMART), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Plan and Participate in Integrated Baseli ne Reviews IBR) - Utilize wInsight m1d conduct EVM analysis
Must be a US Citizen to be considered
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent Years
BA and 6 - 9 yrs of related experience
Current and active Secret Security ClearanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
